This article will guide you through registering an EnSURE Touch with SureTrend Cloud. To get started you will need to sign in to your SureTrend Cloud account and then click here to visit the Register an Instrument page.
Enter a name for your instrument. If you don’t it will just default to using its serial number as the name. If you have created sites prior to performing this registration you will have the option of chosing the site you want this instrument to belong to. If you haven’t then you will not get the choice to select a site. Instead your instrument will belong to the default site.
On the next screen follow the instructions listed on the page. When you are finished click Done. You will need to enter the shown Username and Code into your EnSURE Touch. The status will change from Pending to Registered when it’s complete.
Once you are finished registering your instrument with SureTrend Cloud you can go to the Interment tab and see your instrument listed there.
Please note, you will only have limited access to change certain settings if you are not a Single-Site Admin, Multi-Site Admin, Global Admin, or Owner. For example, only the aforementioned roles can change a site an instrument belongs to in the Instrument tab. If you are unable to make certain changes to your instrument in the Instrument tab you may need higher permissions granted by an Admin or Owner.
