Sometimes when you request support from Hygiena a representative may need a copy of your EnSURE Touch database in order to forward over to the development team for research and diagnosis. This can be easily achieved by following the steps below if you’re ever asked to supply us with a copy of your device database.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Support.
- Make sure the box is checked for Attach EnSURE Touch database to Support Request.
- Click the blue Remote Support button.
Now read the instructions on the following screens and click Next twice. Once you arrive on the TeamViewer QuickSupport screen and see your 10-digit ID code appear on the screen you know your database has been uploaded and received. You may now exit out of the process and return to the Home screen to continue using your device.Important
Be sure to include your EnSURE Touch serial number and software version with your request. Our team will need it. You can find this by going to Settings > About and checking for your EnSURE Software version and Serial Number.
