How to Register Your EnSURE Touch


  1. Log in to SureTrend Cloud.
  2. Click here to open to the registration page.
  3. Enter a name your EnSURE Touch (optional).
    Note: The name can be used to differentiate it from other instruments on the account.
  4. Select a site to register the EnSURE Touch if you have multiple sites.
  5. Click Next.
  6. On your EnSURE Touch, you will be prompted to register during the step up.  Enter the Username and Code as it appears in SureTrend Cloud.
    Note:  If you have completed the step process without registering, you can open the Sync app to enter a username and code.
  7. Once you have successfully Registered your Instrument your registration token in SureTrend Cloud will change from Pending to Successful, then select Done.

Clearing Instrument Registration to SureTrend Cloud


With new accounts sometimes you will need to move an EnSURE Touch instrument from one account over to the proper SureTrend Cloud account.  In this how-to knowledge article you will see how to accomplish this easy task.


Step | 1 

On the EnSURE™ TOUCH unit select “SURETREND SYNC”

Once you are in the Sync screen, click on the Setting icon in the upper right-hand corner.

You will want to select clear registration.

Step | 4

At this point, you are ready to add the unit to the cloud account of your choice. Be sure and know that you must have administrator rights to be able to register the EnSURE TOUCH.

Once you are signed in go to the settings tab in the upper right-hand corner.

Select the instrument registration option.

Enter your instrument’s name and select the site it needs to be assigned to.

You are now on the screen with your instrument’s information on it.

Once you enter the information into your EnSURE TOUCH you will see this screen pop up.


Congratulations! You’ve completed the setup of EnSURE™ TOUCH and moved it into SureTrend Cloud!
